The parts for the humanscale chairs came. They presented some assembly issues for the head rest a part was broken. But that was my breaking it. I have been in touch with them about a replacement screw. But my main issue is they changed the design on the armrests. And I can’t get the old ones off the metal part. I’m not sure how to do it. Otherwise the cushions in the head rest in the back I could Do. Can you help me?

Leon, the employee I dealt with on my most recent visit, was very helpful when I was looking for a comfortable pillow and other foam devices to relieve arthritis pain in my neck, shoulders and back. I bought the pillow I tried, and it's somewhat helpful although I still have to use Thermacare patches or pain-relieving cream. I appreciated his advice not to buy a wedge or other foam devices for my lower back until after I finished a Spinal Cord Stimulator trial and knew whether it had helped me.
