Tracy is amazing. She gave me very relevant advice specifically for my situation. She took the time to understand my back issues in detail and them showed me why she made the recommendations she made. She recommended a inclined wedge and a j-shared body pillow. She showed me how to use them. I have not complained about my back pain since (and that was happening daily before). I cannot thank her enough.
