Tracey and Leon were amazingly helpful in my efforts to select a more ergonomic office chair. Tracey greeted me with a during my first visit. She proved to be extremely knowledgeable helping me navigate through the selections. I called later to get some questions answered about a particular chair. Leon was enormously patient as he worked through the options providing professional insight I needed to make an informed decision. I am very pleased with the level of service and helpfulness Leon and Tracey provided.

I was very pleased with the help I received. I had a neck issue. (My physical therapist recommended this store to me.). Tracey worked with me. We tried multiple pillows. I went home with a loaner (Plan A) for a week. I did not like the pillow. I went back and picked up another styled pillow (Plan B). It worked! I now have a brand new pillow.
