The lumbar support that we bought for the wife to use in our car has worked for her great. The store clerk was very helpful in providing various choices and we tried out a couple in the store car seat and then in our own car. Bought the one she thought felt the best. Had a 30 day return policy. So, have used the support on a 1200 mile auto trip. She said that her back has not hurt at all since using the lumbar support .
