They sold me a Cozzia recliner which was great until it needed repair. First, while it was under warranty, the power supply overheated and was about to catch on fire when we caught it. That got fixed within a couple of weeks. Then, out of warranty, a part broke. Relax the Back cannot repair this chair so I had to deal with Cozzia. It has taken three months and the repair is not completed yet. What a hassle!!!!!!!! Do not let them sell you a Cozzia chair!

Communication not on time, beds not what expected still waiting

I am still waiting on the delivery and installation of the side holder for the remote that was to come with my chair. Ya'll neglected to bring it with you at delivery and the promise to return and install went unfulfilled.
