I am happy to say that after two tries I finally am enjoying my chair. The first chair did not work after the delivery guys left it and after a few phone calls with nice people the second one was on its way. It just all took longer than I would have preferred. My chair right now is working great and I hope I don't jinx it by saying it.lol

Incredible customer service and fantastic selection of mattresses and other orthopedic products! We just bought the Technogel Mattress and so far we are thrilled with the quality, comfort and quality of this mattress. While we had never heard of Technogel before, needless to say, we are delighted the professionals at Relax The Back carries this product. Omg. Joel was amazing. The store is incredible. Excellent product. Very knowledgeable. My back literally felt better after spending about an hours in the store. Sitting in my brand new Brezza chair regretting why it took me sooo long to invest in a good chair. Afterall, I spend as much time in my office chair as I do in my bed....and I wouldn’t want to sleep on a cheap mattress. Why would I want to sit in a cheap chair. Well worth it. Thanks RTB.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed a pillow to reduce discomfort while sleeping. He showed me a number of products and told me of their pros and cons. I chose a pillow that is working well for me. I would definitely recommend the store and staff.
