Our experience purchasing the mattress was great , very helpful. Setting up delivery time was not. The delivery set up was not listening to time challenges and we kept getting bumped back , it was very frustrating , and really uncalled for. Which sorry to say ruined my experience .

First complaint is I got more information about the Recliner chairs on-line than I got from in store staff.Second complaint is when I came back to ask questions on how to operate my saddle stool I was treated VERY Poorly by the manager, like I was stupid and wasting his time. After spending over $4000 on two chairs I think it was worth a few moments of his time to assist on how to use and care for my chairs. Will never shop at that store again.
