We had a great experience at Relax the Back. Our salesman, Thomas, was knowledgable on all the mattresses and demonstrated the different bed bases, but was a not the pushy sales type. We actually left and shopped around and came back to Thomas to purchase even though the prices were the same everywhere for Tempurpedic. We are very happy customers!

I'd been wanting to buy a massage chair for years but there are dozens to choose from. Bob P. with Relax the Back in Alpharetta was very helpful. They had several highly rated chairs for me to try. He was patient and not pushy. He followed up to gauge my interest (which I viewed as professional). We made a purchase and love the chair. Knowledgeable staff, friendly and courteous. Know their products and ergonomics. My chair was delivered a few days ago, and I LOVE IT! I've been having trouble with sciatica, and my old chair had me squirming and in pain after five to ten minutes. Since I'm a writer, I spend a lot of time in the office chair!
