Fantastic I had 4 back surgery’s I bought my chair 2002 I had problems with it in 2012 relax the back with the people in the store in Naperville helped to get it replaced and now I am having problems they are helping me again. I can only sit in my relax the back chair. They have changed my life Thank you for everything wonderful people
