Evan was patient with me and walked me through clearly how to adjust the chair to my needs. He gets where you're coming from with back pain and you could tell he was really knowledgeable. I'm definitely excited to try out my new chair.

Extremely well trained staff. No pushy sales efforts as the products sell themselves. The staff knows the competitions and helps you make an informed purchase. You can't get an Inada chair anywhere else with the special 6 year RTB warranty agreement. It's sad to see the 1 star ratings here for folks that simply don't read or just assume they get stuff for free based on how much they spend. I'll be back for sure and have no problem recommending them.

Horrible experience. We waited longer than told for a custom office chair, and when it did finally arrive, it was the wrong chair. The chair was supposedly made and lost, so we had to wait for another one to be made. Still waiting for something more than just a “we’re sorry”

I ordered a replacement cable for my Perfect Chair on 11/21/19. It was to be shipped directly to me. After several inquiries as to when it might be delivered I was told it had been delivered to the store in Naperville on 12/14/19. I drove to the store to pick it up and discovered it was not the correct cable but I took it anyway because I was not offered an alternative.
