Ordered a Technogel mattress but manufacturer shipped and delivered the wrong model - this one was so firm and uncomfortable that I slept on the couch instead to avoid the back pain. Patrick immediately ordered the correct one but it was going to take another two weeks to be delivered and they had already removed our old mattress. Patrick was so helpful and agreed to reimburse us for a mattress topper to use on the uncomfortable mattress in the meantime. He's the best!
