Outstanding customer service! Robyn is amazing! She was so accommodating for my order mistake I made online, gave them the wrong email address. We had no idea when the order would arrive. My father recently had open-heart surgery. We wanted to have the four-piece foam back support system for him when he came home. She made sure to coordinate with my brother to meet at the store to fill the order on a Sunday after hours. She went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the service. I brought my husband, home post surgery, from the hospital and I needed a waterproof bed pad to protect his twin size Tempur-Pedic mattress. I called hospital supply stores and no one had any in stock so I called Relax The Back and was helped over the phone and the pad was delivered to our home that afternoon. I was very appreciative of the excellent service. Thank you!
