Dave is very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products sold, posture issues, and follows up that customers are happy/pleased with the product and service. I have bought a king sized, adjustable bed and a office chair. They are wonderful for posture and body care. Top notch people, products and service. All the staff and delivery personal were very kind.

Great customer service; Becky is a gem! We visited the chair multiple times before placing the order. She answered all questions and checked post-delivery to determine all went well. The delivery guys were appropriately in contact prior and on the day of delivery. Quick, educational, assembled the chair and took the packing materials away. The Relax The Back set of back and knee support cushions have made my morning back stiffness and pain a thing of the past. Great products and really nice people= The store manager insisted on helping me carry my big pillow parcels.
