My experience was great! William Royster worked with me to find the right combination of pillows. He was smart and patient and very helpful. The pillows he helped me choose worked so well that after a few weeks, I ordered an additional set for our winter house. I can't recommend him-or Relax the Back highly enough. Thea F

William was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the right chair for my needs. And the actual delivery exceeded expectations- they spent a good 15 minutes setting my chair up perfectly, answering questions, and making sure I knew exactly how to use all the features.
