I finally made into the store, after years of driving by and I'm glad I did. I came in looking for a gift for my wife. Her chair for work is a standard high back Ikea chair and it was putting a strain on her back. David was very helpful in showing me all of the different options they had. We went through 5 different solutions to add lumbar support. Finally settling on the Larger relax the back support. She loves it and notices a huge difference. Yesterday I received our Synca massage chair and was treated to an awesome and very pleasant all around experience by Robert Acree. From the moment we entered the store, he was very professional and answered all of our questions. From where the products were made, to how and why this would be a great investment.
