We bought a king size temperpedic mattress with the electric ergo adjustable base a few weeks ago. When it was installed we didn't realize there were adjustable heights of the bedframe. It was put in way too high. We went back to the store and they explained it was adjustable and one of the store managers Robert actually came to our home THAT NIGHT and adjusted the bed to the height we wanted.
