This store sold us an ll,000 dollar adjustable bed less than two years ago. 8 months ago the repair people said we needed a new motor. We were assured that everything was under warranty because who would buy a mechanical bed without protection? 8 months ago one of the motors that raises and lowers the frame started making noise. The repair people said we need a new motor. After four months of not being able to get a replacement, we were told that the Relax the Back store in Plantation had to call the manufacturer. i like the chair. however, salesman completely blew me off related to inquiry i had about getting new arms for a previous chair i purchased through RTB. Guys name was Vinnie. Told me he was going to get me info on how to order new arms, then never responded to my text or calls. If he couldnt help me why tell me he could? Why ignore me? I know we are in a time of tight labor but that is my feedback. Solid product, poor customer service.

I bought my split king temp bed from you and the Le Blanc zero gravity chair. Am very happy with my bed after it was replaced and the motor in the reclining frame also needed to be replaced. The gravity chair is very unsatisfactory to me. The recliner stayed in the reclined position and it needed to be repaired. The inflation for the lumbar has not worked in 3 years. And now the recliner is staying in reclined position again. I am the only person using that chair about 2 hours a day. Am a female and not heavy. Living on So... read more

It’s been a terrible mess. I ordered a topper from your Plantation Fl. Store. Promised delivery dates to the store were broken. I was never contacted for a period of two weeks. I kept calling the store. Never given the courtesy of a return call. Finally I got fed up and visited the Fort Lauderdale store where Vinny Alaimo agreed to take over. The delivery men were nice but they could not bring the chair up my staircase they had to come back the next day what two more men they said it was a new chair, The Jin, and they were not sure how to do it. Also when I call the Fort Lauderdale store one of the salesman told me that this shoulder that there was no shoulder adjustment, but I saw a video on YouTube that showed that there is but I haven't figured it out yet Robert from the Fort Lauderdale store assured me that the shoulder pads can be moved.
