The installer did not finish the installation on the base correctly. Vinny the sales guy had to come back after David never got anyone to come out to fix it. Once Vinny came out everything was fixed correctly.

We contacted Robert on the phone ask some questions and told him that we would be down to see some of the massage chairs that you had he was quite nice on the phone. We came down to the store very pleasant and professional and then told us about a chair that was 50% off that was in storage he said it was black but the next day I went ahead and paid for it and then we found out that it was an expresso color which was fine too it didn't matter my boyfriend loves the chair and helps his back his legs were both 62 years old so i... read more
