We've been very pleased with the service we've received from our Relax the Back in the Tustin Marketplace, California. Jill, the manager, and her staff really listen and come up with excellent solutions, and then follow through until the product is delivered, installed, and they know we're satisfied.

We have made two purchases in the past year, a reclining chair and the small standing desk top on wheels. We have been extremely thrilled with both purchases. Jill Weinstock is very pleasant and helpful. She had to order the desk in and held it until it got closer to Christmas to pick it up so I wouldn't have to store it. She also had it put together for me which was awesome.

I just want to let everyone know of a great saleswoman and person. I have visited the Market Place store several times. Almost every time I have worked with Jill Weinstock, the store manager. She always puts the customer first, goes out of her way to make sure all questions are answered and exhibits tremendous levels of customer service. It is always a pleasurable experience.
