It has become hard to find good customer service these days that's why I'm writing this detailed feedback. This store has a truly great customer service. I had pulled my trapezoid muscle and I wanted to buy a good neck pillow as soon as possible. Shelby, the product specialist, was very welcoming and knowledgable. It was 10 mins to closing time at the store but she was very patient and friendly with me and my 3 year old son who was all over the place, and made sure we found what we need.
