Purchasing at Relax The Back was very easy and quick. My wife had searched the internet as we were very dissatisfied with the sleep number bed. She had back problems and I would never sleep the whole night through. At the Park meadows store we were able to try a number of models. Delivery service by Billy and Ron was first-rate, starting with being right on time. They were very careful to respect my newly refinished hardwood floors. They were very careful to explain the assembly steps, and operation of the massage chair. I appreciate the professionalism they displayed.

The delivery team was great,well maybe except for Billy-he fell off the truck and hurt himself. Ron was very helpful in getting my chair set up and making sure I was comfortable in the chair before he left.

I purchased a mattress from the Lone Tree location--Justin was amazing in his efforts to source my mattress asap! I had been quoted 3 weeks by others - these guys did it in 6 days. Billy and Ron delivered on a Saturday to a remote location. They were right on time and professional and knowledgeable! I will use them again without a doubt!

Dustin went above and beyond to accommodate my request--I wanted a very specific tempurpedic with the adjustable base and I wanted in asap in a remote area outside of Denver. I knew I was asking for a lot but he made it happen and have a scheduled delivery inside of a week. Amazing!
