2 Star : Likely to Recommend Whille the work is good (which is why I choose to work with reliable) the customer service is terrible. When I finally got a hold of a manager, I told him I would not speak to Jessica to make an appt to bring the car in; the manager was kind enough to do it himself. My appt was within a week of me talking with the repair manager. When I went in on 10/2, the manager was no longer there and no one could find my paperwork. I would expect that a new bumper would not have dents however it appears that it was overtightened caused a dent. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Everyone that i dealt with seemed so overwhelmed and overworked.
