0 Star : My Experience Didn't get my car back untill 9 days after originally promised. If you can't get the work done because you're too busy you shouldn't take other peoples cars untill you can perform the work in a timely manner.
1 Star : Likely to Recommend We were given the run around with service department for 4 weeks. We live out of town and could not get any reliable information from service department. It wasn't until it got to the body shop that we were made aware of what was going on and when it would be completed.
