Service advisor was friendly, very informative and efficient! Service was done in a timely fashion while keeping me updated.
Dealer service center did a fantastic job completing the 30,000 miles manufactured maintenance, Staff was courteous and helpful. They loose one star to do having limited schedule availability and using non-Subaru oil filter due to supply chain issues. I wish they would let you know if advance thy wouldnt be using Subaru parts and explained what your options were.

Best customer service hands down. Nicest waiting area I've ever seen. Easy in , quick turnaround on recall repair and given option for oil change which was cheaper than my local lube store. I was needing gas after my service, but the manager noticed that and had my tank full when I left. Great experience.

Did not reset the service so I get a notification that I am overdue for service every time I start the car. Also have had a difficult time getting a repair on a faulty car with seat that stopped working in unsafe position.
