Excellent service - communication is great and they go above and beyond. My service rep called my past dealership to ensure past service and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Nice waiting room and I am kept posted on progress. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Plan on returning for regular service!
Pleasant,had a tv, restroom, vending machine. Shut off from the noise of the shop. completed earlier than stated
I got in quickly and my problem was fixed perfectly.
They have a nice waiting area with a TV. I was informed of the progress of the service. It was returned with a full explaination of the service.
Friendly and nice place to wait; couldn't give 5 stars because I had to wait quite a bit longer than expected. Also, I forgot to offer my coupons that I always get in email for a discount, and ended up paying more than I intended. My bad.
Had an appointment to check problem with key removal after engine shut off. Issue was addressed and fix implemented.
Great people but a new (used car) should not have the radio antenna fall off. That cost me $700.
I was there 4 1/2 hrs despite having an appointment
Good, just took long!3 hours for and oil change and filter!
