When we bought the car, we did not get the maintenance plan because we live so far away. We have been in a couple times now and regret that decision. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. From check in to check out. We were there for a scheduled maintenance which takes a little time. We were hungry so we were gonna walk to a nearby place to eat. They informed us they had a shuttle service that could take us wherever we wanted to go. So we went and had a nice lunch and our car was done by the time we got back. Even out of p... read more
