4 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service The repair was done but I had to call every couple of weeks to check in. The initial part was available but as additional parts were needed there were delays in getting them. 1-2 weeks took 6 weeks. The work was good and they were there to answer my questions but I felt that there was no sense of urgency.
