4.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality 5 Star : Customer Service Alex did the estimate of repair right away. I was there maybe 45 min. He sent the estimate to the other ins. co. right away and kept me informed. Called later and said the adj ok'ed his estimate and made an appt for to bring my car in. He said to plan on the repair for 5 days. And 5 days it was. Doesn't get better than that.
