This has been the most positive car shopping and purchasing experience I've ever had! Benjamin Henry (Ben) was super friendly and professional on the phone. He was easy to talk and wasn't forceful or pushy. I wasn't able to come on the scheduled day, but we rescheduled on a day that he wouldn't be there... which I felt guilty about, but he reassured me that I should go in and someone will help me out. The service was okay, for me it is over priced but most are. Then not stocking the parts needed so delay waiting on delivery. Luckily I was able to borrow a car from a friend or I would not have been able to go to work.
