I was sold a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado with a check engine light that came on ten days after purchase. I took it to the dealership and the problem was fixed, I hope. I haven’t had any other issues, and I hope I won’t have deal with anything major in the next year.

Everyone from start to finish was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of what we were having done. Most of all, I truly appreciated the kindness of each person.
I contacted Jesse weeks before my purchase to inquire about the trucks available. In the moment, what I needed was not available so I put off my search. 3 weeks ago Jesse contacted me directly when the exact type of vehicle became available and within hours I was driving off the lot in my new truck. The customer service was above and beyond. It’s easy to feel pressured at a dealership and not once did I feel that way at all.
Tierra is such a nice person and very sincere. She was so sweet to both my mom and I and did all she could to get me into my 2025 chevy trax rs. If your looking for a new chevrolet, definitely ask for Tierra. I've dealt with unpleasant sales people before, and she is by far the BEST salesperson I've ever felt with! Thank you for everything tierra!!!!
