Best Chevrolet dealership in Albuquerque! I live 5 minutes from a Chevy dealership but I chose to drive across town to take my business to Reliable. Aaron Valenzuela is the best sales associate I've ever met and I've purchased over 8 cars throughout my lifetime. Derek in finance was also a pleasure to work with! First time a finance manager sold extra warranties to me lol.

I’m giving this a 5-star rating solely because I receive a bonus based on my surveys. However, I have some strong suggestions for improvement. First, staff should proactively assist customers rather than waiting for a coworker to offer help. This approach leads to poor customer service. Additionally, check-in was unacceptably slow, though I understand you were busy. What truly frustrated me was witnessing another customer, who parked behind me, being prioritized over me. I lookek forward to a 2025 Equinox test drive. Oliver brought me a 2026 model instead. Didn't say anything at first. When he popped it on me I was very surprised. The price still comparable! I was tickled to say the least. The walkaround and description of every system was thorough and very helpful.
