Easy to schedule appointment day and time that was convenient for me. The Service Advisor Marcos S. handled the check in and check out professionally and efficiently and I was out of there in no time. The service department completed the work on time leaving my vehicle in very good condition as should and would be expected by any customer. Marcos took care of getting my truck in for the 3 recalls, oil change, cowl replacement and Zaktek application and it was done all in one day!

Oil change went well. Nice, clean, comfortable waiting room. So 2.5 hour waiting time was not terrible.
This dealership was great. We went in only to look for what we wanted, not buy anything. Mr. Crowder greeted us immediately and asked what we wanted. We said we weren’t sure and wanted to look but not buy. He guaranteed we’d be leaving with the car we wanted. We did. Joshua Buerke was an outstanding Sales associate! He was super friendly, personable and easy to talk with. He did an outstanding job, and it would be an honor to work with him again in the future.
