I recently took my vehicle in for a recall order, oil change, and a brake issue, hoping for a resolution with the brake issue. While the staff was very friendly and the check-in process was handled exceptionally well, I am highly disappointed with the actual service. Long story short . ... Everything was absolutely on point.. no complaints.. I was called on time,greeted at the door,showed dealership, shown car, sat down gone over numbers, and then signed paperwork..
