Service personnel are always friendly and professional. The service department is immaculately clean. Wait time to be helped is almost non existent and turn around time for service completion is quick.

I had been kicked around the idea of buying a full electric vehicle and had decided the the Equinox was a good choice. Amy and staff at Reliable Chevrolet were very helpful and nice in explaining everything and gave me a petty good deal. However with of EVs needing to make sacrifices I ultimately did not buy a car since the lack of Apple car play and potentially needing a substantial was too much for me.
