Service person was very nice, the only thing I want to complain about is the time it took for the service to get done it should not take 5 hours to do. An oil change and recharge a computer. I called after 3pm I took in at 11:45am and it was ready and they had not let me know it had been ready for a while not sure how long. I was from out of town, 3 hr drive.

Tierra was great to work with, very friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted and what I didn't want. She was aware of our (my daughter was with me) needs - water and pizza! Thank you! She put up with our antics and when my daughter said she wanted a new Chevy hat, Tierra came through. It was definitely a pleasure....only one problem. The length of time it takes to buy a car is awful....what can be done? Thank you again Tierra, you are a great asset to Reliable Chevrolet!!!
