I was shocked with the time service took. Had appointment at 3:pm . Arrived early. Took awhile to get their paperwork down the the truck set for 1 hour before it was moved in service bays . I have my truck serviced from sea to shining sea and border to border . Typically 1/2 hour at the most .

First time visit to reliable Chevrolet's Service Department for an oil and filter change. Easy to schedule appointment. Online, organized work flow, and excellent customer service by Cord Trail, Service Advisor and the team member at the front desk who coordinated the Lyft rides! Hopefully the dealership's car wash will be operable soon to have your customer's serviced vehicles detailed.
