My service advisor Aaron, was excellent in explaining everything and calling me back when it was done. He also scheduled a ride that was very prompt. What I didn't like was I called in to check on my truck and talked to a different advisor and he put me on hold for 15 minutes. He also quoted me a crazy price without even knowing my name.
