Aaron Williams was very knowledgable and informative about the service and all questions I had. The work was done in the estimated time frame and I was on my way. I do have one question. I live 100 miles away. If I need a software update that takes 4 to 6 hours to do, do I have any options other than to just sit there and wait? Such as a loner vehicle to go get something to eat.

The two sales men that we dealt with were fantastic. What we were not pleased with was the wait time of getting to sign documents with the finance office. It was myself, my husband, and three kids and waited an exponentially long time
