If they have a question about a service they're supposed to perform they should call and ask. That's why they get a phone number.

Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The online scheduling was easy to follow and concise. I was disappointed in the service though. I had set up an appointment for an oil change and it took 2 hours to complete. I never got a status update from any of the staff in person or by text until the oil change was complete. Also at $220 it was by far the most expensive oil change I have had at a dealership in my life.
