I was in Reliable to determine why my vehicle was continuing have problems starting. The battery was tested by a service tech and determined to be good but was suggested to purchase a new battery by the Service Advisor(Angel Baros) and to return the vehicle if I continue to have problems with the vehicle. In addition, I used the shuttle service provided by Reliable. A problem was encountered in that the shuttle was sent to Reliable Nissan instead of Reliable Chevolet. I was sold a used vehicle which gave me a lot of problems right away, Greg and David at service center was helpful and tried what they could to get the vehicle running as it should. Mike in the used vehicle dealership was able to trade in the first vehicle for a newer one. He made sure to take care of me and gave me a great deal on the newer one.
