Very professional and helpful staff! Nicholas Cardenas ensured all questions were answered, and he was the most thorough Salesman I ever met- I have purchased many vehicles, and this experience was outstanding. My only experience is with gem is buying my car. The car wasn't detailed very well. My salesperson mislead me. I had to go back to the dealership to get my final paperwork/ contracts which were supposed to be emailed to me. I was never offered a tour of the dealership. No one contacted me when my plates and registration were ready. In general, my experience was subpar even for the car business which says a lot.

My salesman was Darien. I found him & the manager most helpful. They’re really bent over backwards to get me the best possible deal. Best dealership experience I have ever had. Very happy with the truck, which is a 2018 1500 Silverado.
