I recently made an appointment for an oil change. I took the vehicle in and was advised that it may take 2 hours. 2 hours later I noticed my vehicle was still outside in the yard, so I pointed that out to the service advisor. He promised the vehicle in 30 minutes. It took an hour. Three hours for an oil change is excessive. On the up side, I was was not charged for the oil change. I did not expect anything like that.
