I had a scheduled appointment for Tuesday, 6/11/24. I received a reminder call the day before and I'm glad I did. My work schedule changed and I was not able to make the Tuesday appt, so I asked if there was any way to get our Equinox in today. The scheduler got me in at 12 noon which made my day. Oil change service was done with a smile. The only downside to this service, it took 2 hours for each. My service advisor (Mele Lolesio) was exceptional, considerate, and explained all my questions / Luis

It may take extended time to complete the process to purchase a new vehicle, but Nicholas is the most thorough, knowledgeable and has the type of personality to make you feel comfortable! He's the BEST! All other personnel were outgoing, pleasant, and made efforts to engage in conversation throughout the day. I still can't believe that I was so fortunate to have Nicholas guide me through the entire process!! The icing on the cake was driving home in a wonderful new Trailblazer.

I took my car in for an engine thermostat replacement around 9 am. It was finished just after 3pm, and Reliable Chevrolet provided Lyfts for me, free of charge! Angel was a big help, plus, everyone was so friendly at this location. It was a pleasant experience overall!
