For an oil change it took 2. 5hrs. I had an appt at 9am didn't leave till 1130am. They put the cabin air filter back improperly, and now the blower is making weird noises. I still have to contact the dealership about issue. However, the service advisors were courteous.

I recently posted a very bad review of my experience at Reliable Chevrolet in Albuquerque during negotiations over a new truck. I was resolute to never to use that Chevrolet dealership again. After the post and a few days later of cooling down. I decided to call the new car manager. I really did not want to discount this dealership primarily do to the actions of one bad employee.
