The service man always answered my calls. Where I felt frustrated was being told my truck was ready I come to pick up and they were still troubleshooting the AC unit. I know AC can take days to complete. Next time please test the AC before having me come to wait a few hours then have to go home because there was more to do. I would have waited because I know AC is complex. However I do really appreciate the review and cost of the repair. That took away my frustration with the process.

After many stressful visits to the service center…. Ethan was able to help us get into another vehicle with minimal stress as possible.

Service was fast they had me checked in quickly and were very friendly the wait time was short for my service to be completed
