Joshua was pleasant throughout the whole process, being we had to back in to make the deal he was there pushing for us. The finance team was not very organized was very behind in the process, we have bought many cars from very dealerships I have never had our paperwork handed to us loose and with out a lot of the documents we signed not provided a copy.
