The person that I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and friendly. They had our vehicle a full week. At the end of that time, I feel they could have at least washed our vehicle when they were done with the work. Because this dealership doesn't loan out cars,it cost us over $800 for a rental.
Got my car fixed within a day. The dealer was very forthcoming about where my estimate was and reached out when replacements were recommended to get my approval before adding it to my estimate.
