From the first encounter yesterday to the final step of financing, Eddie was outstanding! He allowed me to express my concerns without patronizing me. There’s a huge difference between doing your job, putting on the “customer face” and actually being attentive to the customer’s needs. Eddie is a keeper, made my day extremely successful!
