Ben Henry was our main point of contact and is the primary reason for the five-star review. He was attentive and easy to work with and always responded pretty quickly. He always got back to me with answers to my questions. He showed us the features of the car in the time we had available and made sure we knew we could contact him with any future questions we might have. The dealership has no incentive for returning customers. I have bought three vehicles with no loyalty discount. I think a percentage should be considered. Even an experienced car buyer has to play negotiation. The value of a vehicle varies from one dealer to another. And even after finance the ticket price can increase. Selling warranties should be included in the negotiation of actual sell and or options on the window sticker. There needs to be more transparency.
