Ethan did an EXCELLENT job with our vehicle purchase. It was a pleasure working with him. From the initial request to the final drive away, he was with us every step of the way, ensuring that he was explaining everything and taking his time to ensure we were understanding. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This has been our best car buying experience. Zoe in financing was also very helpful and friendly and explained everything very well. The dealership had my vehicle for a bit. The first guy that was helping me...no longer worked there after a couple of weeks. Then Cord took over and he was great. He called me every week and informed me of everything that was going on. He got me in a loaner/rental vehicle which helped so much. The vehicle was beautiful. Cord was just amazing and very helpful. And I appreciate him and his help so much.

Randy did an excellent job very knowledgeable and helpful. only issue I had was with the tech not doing all the work I brought it in for. (oil change and tire rotation) oil change was done but tire rotation was not done. R/O stated tire rotation was done but it wasn't! I told Randy and he took very good care of us, thumbs up to Randy :)
Leroy worked hard to make the sale as quick as he could on his part, but as a whole the dealership was slow. It shouldn't take 7.5 hours without even doing the test drive that day.

Matthew (11535) was able to get me in for my first oil change even though i didn’t confirm my appointment. He was prompt, courteous, and even got me a ride home. He explained what service was going to occur (oil change, top fluids, tire rotation, he even offered a few additional service i could choose from).
